It is a perfect opportunity to meet new people and reconnect with old friends. The sessions addressed Elementary, Middle and High School levels, each led by educators who use the techniques in their classrooms. Additional 2024 Registration Information:
On-campus Resident: Participants who choose to stay on campus during the conference will be housed Wednesday and Thursday nights in Tebeau Hall in 3-person suites, each with a private bedroom, shared bathroom and kitchenette. Meals will include breakfast and lunch on Thursday and Friday, and the Awards Banquet on Thursday evening.
Commuter: Participants who choose to commute daily to the conference will receive lunch on Thursday and Friday, and the Awards Banquet on Thursday evening.
All registrants are welcome and encouraged to participate in Thursday night’s Awards Banquet – this meal is included in your registration fee. Due to the special menu and set-up for the banquet, it is critical that we have an accurate count for this meal. You will be asked to indicate on your registration survey if you plan to attend or not.

Cancellation Policy:
If your plans change and you need to cancel your registration, please email octmbnreed@q.com as soon as possible.
If your email is received by 7/6 , your paid registration will be reimbursed to the payee. If received between 7/7 and 7/25, registration less $50 will be reimbursed to the payee. If cancellation occurs after 7/25 but by the first day of the conference 8/8, registration less $100 will be reimbursed. After the first day of the conference, no reimbursements will occur.
